UCI PRO Mechanic | US PRO Mechanic | National Commissaire - MTB | USAC Road Official

Joan Hanscom Race Director, USGP of Cyclocross

Brian is the ultimate professional. His understanding of the value of relationships and partnership made him a great and welcome addition to the USGP's road family in 2010. In addition to the quality of his work, his demeanor under pressure was calm and unflappable, his professionalism consistent, and most importantly he understood that the real value in what he provides his partners is found in his willingness to go the extra mile and over-deliver in order to maximize his brand's presence and investment every time. And he's super guy.

“I was able to work with Brian during the 2010 USGP and USAC Cyclocross National Championship races; his professionalism and thoroughness as a mechanic was exactly what one would expect for a team as determined for success at the top level as Rahpa-Focus. His dedication wasn't limited to just maintaining dependable race bikes for pro riders though-- he also served as a credible ambassador for the brands he represented. Absolutely a popular guy on the race circuit!”

Chris Grealish, Race Director, DBC Events

“You will be hard pressed to find another person who works as smart and hard to grow a brand. He is a guerilla marketers dream partner. He has a lot of positive energy and willing to do whatever it takes in order to grow market share . Whoever has this guy in their talent pool is lucky.”

Doug Hudson President, Feedback Sports

“For last two years, we have sponsored Brian Dallas and Focus Bikes with our products because we know Brian will represent our brand professionally. He knows just about everyone at the races and his race set up always looks top notch. I've seen him push hard to build Focus brand awareness here in the USA and I believe his work absolutely contributed to their current success. His calm under pressure comes from years of experience and being prepared which is critical in the race evironment. I highly recommend Brian Dallas because I know he is hard working, reliable, professional, smart, and one heck of a team director/mechanic. These skills will translate into success in Brian's future pursuits.”

Bill Marshall National Marketing and Sponsorship Director, Challenge Tires

“In 2010 I worked side-by-side with Brian and the Rapha/Focus Cyclocross Team and the experience was incredible. The level of commitment, organization, professionalism and dedication that Brian put into that program showed on a daily basis. As a sponsor of the team I was able to interact with Brian to experience first hand the quality work he puts forth. A great person to work with and would venture to do the same in the future. Bill Marshall National Marketing and Sponsorship Director Challenge Tires.”
